About the Maintainer

The Shoeless Wanderer first aquired this alias on the internet in sixth grade when she misread a phrase and took it to be 'Shoeless Wanderer.' The name has stuck ever since.

She is currently a religion student at Syracuse University, working to complete her bachelor's in religion with an emphasis on religion in antiquity. Other personal areas of interest include Gnosticism, early Christianity, angel and demon mythologies, Greek pagan religion, the historical Jesus, text criticism of the New Testament and apocraphyal texts. Her thesis is on Lilith's role as a literary figure starting in the Romantic period into the present day.

When she is not working on her degree, she is fond of reading comic books, writing, drawing, taking photographs and listening to gregorian chants. She shelf identifies as a diest in religion and a political liberal. The Shoeless Wanderer has been to Italy and Greece as well.

Her personal project is Paradis which is far more interesting than all the scholarly stuff on this website.
